1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2) How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

  • Email ruby@mypostages.com with your order number, product name and reason for return.

  • We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  • Do not send items back without an RMA; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3) Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received, unused and unopened, with all original packaging, mounts/sleeves, certificates, and invoice.

  • Stamp sets/lots must be returned complete (no partial returns).

  • Graded/slabbed items must remain sealed; tamper-evident holders that are opened/broken are not returnable.

4) Non-returnable Items

  • Opened, handled, or damaged stamp sets/lots (collectible condition is critical).

  • Custom or special requests (e.g., specific plate numbers, hand-picked grades).

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Digital/downloadable products (if any) and gift cards.

5) Return Shipping & Fees

  • Unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Use a trackable service and keep the receipt; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Original shipping fees (e.g., Priority upgrade) are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6) Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Email photos and your order number within 3 business days of delivery.

  • After review, we will provide a prepaid label or instructions and arrange a replacement or refund.

7) Refund Method & Timing

  • After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/denial.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us.

8) Exchanges

  • The fastest way is to return the original item (with RMA) and place a new order after approval.
