Delivery Areas

  1. We currently ship within the United States only (including the contiguous U.S.; service to AK/HI, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO may vary by carrier and will be shown at checkout if available).

Processing Time

  1. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, U.S. federal holidays excluded).
  2. Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Timeframes

  1. Standard Shipping — Estimated transit: 3–7 business days.
  2. Rates and availability are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery may occur on Saturdays in some areas; we do not process orders on weekends/holidays.
  3. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and not guaranteed. Severe weather, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

  1. You’ll receive tracking details via email when your order ships.
  2. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  1. If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately before the order ships.
  2. Packages returned due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses can be re-shipped upon request; re-shipping fees may apply.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

  1. Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged or incorrect, email photos and your order number to us within 3 business days; we will provide next steps for a replacement or refund.
  2. If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us; we may ask you to check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier branch.

Taxes

  1. Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by law.

Force Majeure

  1. Processing and delivery may be delayed by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, carrier disruptions). We will process orders as soon as conditions permit.
