Delivery Areas
- We currently ship within the United States only (including the contiguous U.S.; service to AK/HI, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO may vary by carrier and will be shown at checkout if available).
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, U.S. federal holidays excluded).
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Timeframes
- Standard Shipping — Estimated transit: 3–7 business days.
- Rates and availability are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery may occur on Saturdays in some areas; we do not process orders on weekends/holidays.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and not guaranteed. Severe weather, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.
Order Tracking
- You’ll receive tracking details via email when your order ships.
- Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
- If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately before the order ships.
- Packages returned due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses can be re-shipped upon request; re-shipping fees may apply.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged or incorrect, email photos and your order number to us within 3 business days; we will provide next steps for a replacement or refund.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us; we may ask you to check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier branch.
Taxes
- Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by law.
Force Majeure
- Processing and delivery may be delayed by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, carrier disruptions). We will process orders as soon as conditions permit.
